Meet the clients
Three Collections. Three Audiences. Three Different Growth Opportunities.
This luxury fashion marketing case study brings together three active ecommerce relationships spanning clothing (Store A), premium handbags (Store B), and men’s fashion (Store C). The established clothing retailer has worked with MRKT360 since October 2017, giving the strategy years to evolve alongside the brand and changing digital landscape. The luxury handbag retailer joined in September 2025, while our work with the men’s clothing brand began in May 2026.
Each brand entered the partnership with a different catalogue, customer, level of digital maturity, and opportunity for growth.
Instead of putting every retailer into the same marketing formula, MRKT360 built each strategy around what would help that particular collection become more visible, more compelling, and easier to buy.

THE CHALLENGE
Making the Digital Experience Feel as Premium as the Product
Luxury shoppers notice the details long before they reach checkout.
A product can be beautifully designed, but the customer still has to discover it, understand its value, trust what they see, and feel confident enough to purchase it online.
That creates opportunities across the entire digital storefront. How a product appears in Google, the information supplied through Merchant Center, the quality of its imagery, the way collections are organized, and the experience after someone reaches the website can all influence whether the shopper continues exploring or moves on.
MRKT360 focused on strengthening those moments so the digital experience could better represent the quality of the products themselves.
LUXURY Fashion MARKETING SERVICES
Dressing the Digital Strategy Around the Brand
The marketing mix changed from retailer to retailer, but the objective remained consistent: help the right shoppers discover the right products, present those products more effectively, and strengthen the path from first impression to purchase.
Search, Shopping & Local Visibility
For brands where search represented a strong opportunity, MRKT360 used SEO, Google Shopping, and Local SEO to connect products and locations with shoppers already demonstrating relevant intent.
Merchant Center & Product Feeds
Across all three retailers, Google Merchant Center helped create the product foundation behind Google’s commerce ecosystem. Accurate, structured product information gave search and Shopping platforms a clearer understanding of what each brand was selling.
Website & Ecommerce Improvements
Once a shopper reaches their Shopify store, the experience needs to continue the promise made by the product. MRKT360 identified website improvements designed to support stronger product presentation, usability, discoverability, and ecommerce performance.
AI Product Imagery
AI became an additional creative tool for extending existing product photography, helping selected products appear in more settings and giving the brands additional visual assets for ecommerce and marketing.
the solution
From Product Discovery to the Shopping Bag
MRKT360 did not treat three different fashion retailers as versions of the same campaign.
For the established clothing brand, years of SEO experience were combined with Google Shopping, Local SEO, Google Merchant Center Optimization, creative development, and ongoing website improvements. For the luxury handbag retailer, Shopping and Merchant Center provided a stronger opportunity to put high-value products in front of customers actively evaluating premium purchases. For the newer men’s clothing engagement, the initial focus centred on strengthening the ecommerce foundation, improving product presentation, and preparing the catalogue for broader visibility through Merchant Center. The strategy changed with the collection because the opportunity changed with the collection.
SEARCH & SHOPPING
Being Present When the Shopper Starts Looking
Fashion discovery can begin almost anywhere. A customer may search for a specific item, explore a category, compare products through Google Shopping, look for a brand by name, or search locally for something available nearby.
MRKT360 built around those different buying signals rather than treating every website visit as equal.
For Store A, years of SEO work helped build a substantial organic search presence. Across the available GA4 history, Organic Search generated more than 205,000 sessions, 910 purchases, and approximately $249,000 in attributed revenue. For Store B, paid Shopping became an especially strong product discovery channel, generating 13,758 sessions with a 96.9% engagement rate during the reporting period.
The goal was not simply to generate more traffic. It was to create more opportunities for shoppers already showing meaningful product interest to encounter the brands.

PRODUCT FEED STRATEGY
Making Every Item Ready for Google’s Storefront
Before a product can earn attention across Google’s shopping ecosystem, Google needs to understand exactly what is being sold.
MRKT360 managed Merchant Center across all three retailers, helping create a stronger connection between the ecommerce catalogue and the platforms responsible for surfacing those products.
Product information, catalogue structure, and feed readiness became part of the marketing strategy rather than an administrative afterthought. For brands already using Google Shopping, this supported stronger product visibility. For newer engagements, it established a cleaner foundation that could support additional opportunities as the strategy expanded.
ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE
Making the Click Feel Like the Collection
Luxury and premium fashion create expectations before a shopper ever reaches the website. The store needs to continue that experience.
MRKT360 worked across all three ecommerce sites to identify improvements in how products were presented, how shoppers moved through collections, and how the website supported the broader marketing strategy. The objective was not to redesign for the sake of change. It was to make sure the digital storefront helped shoppers understand the products, explore the catalogue, and move naturally toward purchase.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Giving Products More Ways to Make an Impression
Fashion is visual long before it becomes transactional. Existing photography remains central to presenting the real product, but a limited image library can restrict how often and where a product can be showcased.
MRKT360 used AI product imagery as an additional creative layer across all three retailers, helping selected products appear in new settings and giving brands more options for ecommerce and marketing presentation.
Rather than replacing original photography, AI helped extend it. The result was a more flexible visual library capable of supporting product pages, lifestyle presentation, campaigns, and additional creative opportunities as they emerged.
PERFORMANCE & OPTIMIZATION
Following What Shoppers Put in the Bag
Fashion trends move. Search behaviour changes. New products arrive. Customer preferences shift. The strategy has to move with them.
MRKT360 used Shopify and analytics data to understand how shoppers were discovering each brand, what happened once they entered the store, and where sales were actually developing.
Those signals helped determine where attention should go next. For one retailer, that could mean expanding organic search visibility. For another, Shopping could be generating especially engaged product traffic. For a newer brand, strengthening the ecommerce foundation could create the biggest immediate opportunity. Instead of allowing the marketing mix to remain static, performance continually informed what deserved the next investment of time and resources.

LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP
Keeping the Brand in Style as Digital Commerce Changes
Store A demonstrates what a long-term ecommerce relationship can become. MRKT360 has worked with the brand since October 2017, across years of changes in Google Search, Shopping, ecommerce technology, consumer behaviour, and the retailer’s own product catalogue. The strategy did not stay frozen in 2017. SEO expanded. Shopping opportunities evolved. Merchant Center became increasingly important. Local visibility, website improvements, and new creative tools such as AI imagery became additional parts of the growth strategy.
In the latest Shopify comparison, sales increased from CA$111,401.50 to CA$142,669.87, while orders increased from 457 to 679 and store sessions grew from 75,741 to 129,232.
That represents approximately 28% more sales, 49% more orders, and 71% more online store sessions year over year. Long-term optimization is not about repeating what worked before. It is about continuing to find what can work next.

Our Partnerships That Strengthen Ecommerce Growth
MRKT360 ADVANTAGE
Tailoring the Marketing Mix Like the Product Itself
Luxury fashion does not have a one-size-fits-all marketing strategy. An established clothing retailer with years of search history needs something different from a luxury handbag store selling higher-ticket products or a men’s clothing brand entering the first months of a new engagement.
MRKT360 built around those differences. SEO and Local SEO supported the established clothing retailer. Google Shopping created additional product discovery opportunities for the clothing and handbag brands. Merchant Center strengthened the product foundation across all three. Website improvements and AI product imagery helped each retailer present its collection more effectively. The advantage was not simply having more marketing channels available. It was knowing which part of the digital storefront deserved attention for each brand and allowing the strategy to evolve as shopper behaviour revealed the next opportunity.
