Helping Property Owners Find Clarity When Claims Become Complicated

This case study follows a team of property insurance lawyers helping homeowners and property owners navigate denied, underpaid, and complex insurance claims. Unlike many legal services, the need often emerges from a specific event. A property owner may be dealing with damage, reviewing an insurer’s decision, questioning a settlement, or trying to understand whether professional legal support is necessary.

MRKT360 began working with the firm in April 2025, building a connected strategy across paid ads, paid social, SEO, educational social content, email, audience targeting, website engagement, and AI-powered tools.

Reaching Property Owners When a Claim Needs Clarity

Insurance disputes are not everyday purchases. People often begin with questions. Is the settlement reasonable? What happens after a claim is denied? What information should be documented? When does an insurance disagreement become something that requires legal advice?

That meant the opportunity extended beyond appearing for someone already searching for a lawyer.

The firm needed a strategy that could become visible during research, educate property owners about complicated claim situations, capture urgent demand when it appeared, and create clear ways for serious prospective clients to move toward a consultation.

MRKT360 built around that full decision process.

Building Around the Way Clients Actually Look for Help

Some prospective clients know immediately that they want legal support. Others need several interactions before they understand their options. MRKT360 created a multi-channel system designed to work across both situations.

Search & SEO

Organic and paid search, like Google and Microsoft, helped the firm appear while property owners actively researched insurance disputes, claim issues, and professional support.

Meta & Audience Targeting

Meta extended the firm’s reach beyond active search, while historical client and claims information helped inform more relevant audience strategies.

Website & Client Intake

Digital traffic was connected to detailed intake forms designed to capture meaningful information about the prospective client’s policy and situation.

Education & Content

Social media, email, articles, and video content helped turn complicated insurance and legal concepts into information property owners could understand.

AI-Powered Engagement

An AI chatbot provided another way for visitors to ask questions, access information, and move closer to direct contact with the firm.

Showing Up When Property Owners Start Looking for Answers

Search is especially important in property insurance law because many prospective clients begin with a problem rather than the name of a service. They may research a denied claim, an insurance settlement, policy wording, damage coverage, or what options exist when they disagree with an insurer.

MRKT360 used both SEO and paid search to create visibility around those moments. Across the partnership period from April 2025 through August 2026, GA4 recorded 12,565 Paid Search sessions, with 7,929 engaged sessions and 733 key events. Paid Search achieved a 63.1% engagement rate, indicating that visitors arriving through the channel frequently continued interacting with the website. Organic Search generated another 6,638 sessions, 3,839 engaged sessions, and 228 key events, with a 57.8% engagement rate.

The objective was not simply to appear for more searches. It was to create more opportunities for the firm to be present while property owners were actively trying to understand what to do next.

Reaching Relevant Claim Situations Beyond Active Search

Not every property owner dealing with an insurance issue immediately searches for legal representation. Meta gave MRKT360 another way to create awareness and engagement earlier in the decision process. Historical client and claims information was also used to better understand the types of situations and audiences that had previously developed into clients, helping inform targeting decisions rather than relying entirely on broad assumptions.

The performance improvement became substantial as the strategy matured. From April through August 2025, Meta generated 131 conversions at an average CA$165.00 per conversion. During the same period in 2026, conversions increased to 402, while average cost per conversion decreased to CA$67.78. That represents: +207% more conversions and 59% lower cost per conversion.

The strategy was generating substantially more conversion activity without requiring advertising investment to grow at the same pace.

Turning Serious Questions Into Detailed Case Intake

For this firm, a form submission means more than someone entering a name and email address. Prospective clients are asked to provide detailed information about their insurance policy, claim situation, and circumstances, creating a much stronger signal of intent than a typical contact form.

From April through August 2025, the website generated 123 detailed intake submissions. During the same period in 2026, that increased to 177 submissions. That represents approximately 44% year-over-year growth in prospective client intake activity.

The forms also tell only part of the conversion story. Phone calls are another important way prospective clients contact the firm and are tracked separately within advertising conversion systems. The objective was to create more than website traffic. It was to help serious prospective clients move from “I have a problem” to “Here is my situation, and I would like someone to review it.”

Building Trust Before the First Consultation

Property insurance disputes involve legal language, policy conditions, claims procedures, and unfamiliar terminology. For many prospective clients, understanding the issue comes before deciding whether to speak with a lawyer.

MRKT360 developed educational content across social media and other digital touchpoints to explain insurance laws, policies, claim statistics, common disputes, and relevant questions in a more accessible format. Email created another way to continue that education after the first interaction. AI-generated video content expanded how complex topics could be communicated, while an AI-powered chatbot gave website visitors another way to interact with the firm and access information without immediately beginning a traditional consultation.

Together, these touchpoints helped the firm stay useful and visible while prospective clients moved from uncertainty toward a clearer understanding of their options.

Learning From the Cases That Became Clients

One of the most valuable assets in legal marketing is not simply campaign data. It is knowing what happened after the lead.

MRKT360 reviewed historical customer and claims information to better understand which audiences and situations had previously developed into actual clients. Those insights could then inform advertising, targeting, messaging, content, and future campaign decisions.

As the partnership continued, the strategy gained additional performance information from search behaviour, Meta campaigns, website activity, intake submissions, educational engagement, and client outcomes.

That created a feedback loop: Campaign Data → Client Data → Audience Insights → Better Targeting → New Opportunities → More Learning

Rather than restarting with every new campaign, the system could become more informed as the firm acquired more clients and MRKT360 learned more about which marketing signals mattered.
