A Strong Primary School in Toronto With a Story Worth Sharing

This Toronto private school provides education from kindergarten through Grade 8, combining strong academics with a broader commitment to helping students develop skills they can carry with them beyond the classroom. Its educational approach includes financial literacy, practical life skills, leadership development, and personal growth alongside traditional academics.

MRKT360 saw an opportunity to bring those strengths forward more clearly, introduce the school to more best-fit families, and create a more connected path from first discovery to a meaningful conversation with admissions.

Helping More Families Understand What Makes the School Different

Choosing a school is a significant decision for any family.

Parents are not only comparing academics. They are considering the environment their child will experience, the values the school reinforces, the skills their child will develop, and whether the school feels like the right long-term fit.

MRKT360 identified an opportunity to make those differentiators more visible throughout the school’s marketing. The strategy focused on reaching prospective families while communicating the school’s philosophy more clearly, strengthening trust, and creating more opportunities for parents to experience the school firsthand.

The Strategy Behind the Results

MRKT360 built the strategy around how families discover, evaluate, and ultimately choose a school.

Paid media created visibility and captured existing demand. Stronger landing pages communicated why the school was worth considering. Campus tour scheduling gave interested families a meaningful next step. CRM automation helped keep those conversations organized and moving forward.

Paid Media Strategy

Meta Ads, Google Search, and Google Display gave the school multiple ways to reach prospective families, from introducing the school to new audiences to connecting with parents actively researching education options.

Landing Page & Messaging Strategy

MRKT360 strengthened the school’s landing pages with clearer storytelling around its educational philosophy, student experience, credibility, and practical learning opportunities.

Campus Tour Conversion Strategy

Campus tours became a central conversion opportunity, giving prospective families a direct way to experience the school and engage with the admissions team.

CRM Automation & Lead Nurturing

MRKT360 connected inquiries, tour scheduling, internal notifications, automated communications, and follow-up within a more organized admissions workflow.

Reaching Families While They Explore Their Options

Families discover schools in different ways. Some parents are actively searching through Google for private schools or educational alternatives. Others may first discover the school through Meta before beginning a more deliberate comparison process.

MRKT360 used Meta Ads, Google Search, Google Display, and remarketing to create visibility across those different moments of consideration.

Google Analytics recorded 5,131 Paid Search sessions during the reporting period. Nearly 59.4% of those sessions were engaged, with Paid Search generating 3,046 engaged sessions and 258 tracked key events. Google Display added another 4,850 sessions, expanding the school’s paid visibility beyond active search. On Meta, the enrolment-focused campaigns generated a combined 697,090 impressions from February 2025 through August 2026.

Helping Parents See the Bigger Picture

A school website has to do more than list programs. Parents want to understand what kind of experience their child will have, what values will shape their education, and what makes one school meaningfully different from another.

MRKT360 strengthened the landing page messaging to bring the school’s philosophy and differentiators forward more clearly.

Credibility badges were incorporated into the experience, while additional storytelling highlighted the school’s broader approach to student development, including financial literacy, practical life skills, leadership, and preparation for life beyond the classroom.

The goal was to help prospective parents picture not only where their child would study, but how the experience could contribute to the person they become.

Turning Curiosity Into a Visit to the Campus

A campus tour is one of the most meaningful steps a prospective family can take. It gives parents the opportunity to experience the environment, meet the admissions team, ask questions, and begin imagining their child as part of the school community.

MRKT360 created a dedicated tour-booking experience that allowed families to schedule directly around the admissions team’s availability, including in-campus, virtual, and phone consultations.

Automated workflows then supported those bookings with communications tailored to the selected tour type, including relevant preparation and logistical information.

The process could move through: Inquiry → Internal Notification → Tour Selection → Booking → Confirmation → Reminder → Tour → Follow-Up

This gave both prospective families and the admissions team a more organized way to move through the next steps.

Keeping the Conversation Going While Families Decide

School decisions often develop over time. Parents may compare options, speak with other family members, consider the needs of more than one child, revisit the website, or return with additional questions before they are ready to schedule a visit.

MRKT360 created multiple ways for those conversations to continue.

The website chat widget gave prospective parents another channel for reaching the school while providing the team with real-time notifications for incoming requests.

The CRM also helped organize contacts with tags and clearer categorization, supporting more relevant follow-up based on what families had expressed interest in. During the reporting period, the school recorded 135 inquiries through its Contact Us process and another 38 through the website chat widget.

One Visit Can Represent Years of Opportunity

A campus tour is more than a single appointment. For a school serving students from kindergarten through Grade 8, one successful enrolment can potentially begin a relationship that continues across multiple academic years.

The opportunity can also extend beyond one student. A parent visiting the school may be considering enrolment for siblings as well, meaning one family entering the admissions pipeline can represent several prospective students. That makes the 187 confirmed and attended tour bookings particularly meaningful.

Each visit created an opportunity to introduce families to the school’s environment, educational philosophy, faculty, and broader approach to student development, while opening the door to a potentially long-term relationship.

Following the Signals That Move Families Closer

A click can introduce a family to the school, but the more valuable signals happen as that interest develops.

MRKT360 looked across paid media, website activity, inquiries, CRM activity, and tour bookings to better understand how prospective families were engaging with the school.

Google Analytics, for example, recorded 48,268 total sessions across all channels during the reporting period. Organic Search was the largest identifiable channel with 12,701 sessions, while Paid Search delivered another 5,131 sessions. These signals helped provide a broader view of how marketing was contributing to discovery and consideration while CRM activity showed what happened further into the admissions process.
