Email Marketing Isn’t Dead!

A lot of people are under the impression that email marketing is a dead concept and that we shouldn’t waste our time with it anymore. In reality, email marketing is still very important! The reason email marketing may not be working for you is because many people think you can throw anything into your email and you’ll get results. However, that really isn’t the case!

Much like with a lot of other things you do, you have to put thought into your email marketing campaigns. We have 3 tips to help your email marketing efforts succeed!

  1. Make Them Personalized

It’s easy to follow the same old template every time you want to send out an email, but that can get repetitive and boring for your readers. Following the same template doesn’t catch the eye of your consumer, it just becomes background noise because they’ve seen it so many times before. Each email has its own unique message – so personalize your emails to match the message!

  2. Be Thoughtful In Spamming

When sending out emails be thoughtful of spamming! You don’t want to be sending out emails every day because let’s face it – nobody needs that many updates. Try focusing on putting all your exciting news into one email at the end of the month so that your consumers are not being spammed, and they get all this exciting news in one shot!

   3. Be Mobile Friendly

We know, you’ve heard it over and over and over again but that’s just how important being mobile friendly is! People are on their phones all the time for basically everything. We even sync our emails to our phones now so we can get them directly to our phone right away. Use this to your advantage – make your emails mobile friendly and eye-catching!

So as you can see these 3 tips are simple and easy to follow – so there is no reason you shouldn’t be taking advantage to improve (or start) your email marketing campaigns!

Extra Tip: Emails can be tracked! You can see how many people are opening your emails and test and try what is and isn’t working!!!
