Mrkt360 Connects With Google For In Office Event

As Google Partners, Mrkt360 has many perks. One of them being able to throw events at the Google Toronto office. Another one is being able to throw events in the comfort of our own office while still hearing from Google!

 

Last week we got a chance to throw our first in-office event of the year, with the help of Google! We transformed our office from our workspace to an open concept area where our guests were treated to Tim Hortons coffee and doughnuts while they got a chance to network as well as hear from Google and Mrkt360.

 

Connecting via live stream with representatives from Google from their head office in Mountain View, California our guests heard about local listing and its importance for your business. We heard mostly about Google My Business and how it is important for every business to have one. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Google My Business, it is a type of local listing. It’s the information that shows up on the side of the screen when you’re googling something!

 

Google My Business is a great way to notify your customers of your business hours, location, see pictures, see reviews and more!

 

Later on Mrkt360 marketing assistant, Kiran spoke about the importance of a business’ online presence and having a user-friendly website. She did a live demonstration for one guest’s website where she tested their website speed, mobile friendliness and gave tips on how to better the website with help from marketing assistant Nousha and trusted digital media advisor Arezoo.
